Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $35 or more.

Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Solstice Alchemy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is delayed or missing.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
